Living in Bryan-College Station, TX
Bryan and College Station are the twin cities at the heart of the Brazos Valley. They're home to Texas A&M and about 90 miles from both Austin and Houston. I help buyers, sellers, investors and landlords all over the area.
Getting around
SH 6 is the main north-south route, connecting to Navasota and Houston to the south and Waco to the north, with SH 21 and SH 47 also running through the area.
Things to do
- Texas A&M and game days at Kyle Field
- The George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum
- Historic downtown Bryan, with local restaurants, shops and events
- Messina Hof Winery in Bryan
- Two of my favorites: Blue Baker for pastries, sandwiches and a nice patio to catch up with friends, and Chicken Oil Company, which is back open with a mix of the old and new, plus a back porch that's great for Sunday lunches
For more on my favorite spots, read Living in the Brazos Valley: A Local's Guide.
Schools
The area is served by Bryan ISD and College Station ISD, and Blinn College has a campus here as well. Boundaries don't always follow city lines, so I confirm the district for every address.
Homes and neighborhoods
You'll find historic homes in Bryan's older neighborhoods, homes and condos near campus that are popular with investors, master-planned subdivisions in south College Station, and acreage across Brazos County.
