Teravista, Round Rock & Georgetown, TX

Teravista is a master-planned community near I-35 and University Boulevard, right where Round Rock meets Georgetown. Development started in the early 2000s, and today it's one of the most complete amenity packages in the area.

Round Rock side or Georgetown side?

Teravista spans two cities, so some homes have Round Rock addresses and others have Georgetown addresses. That also affects the school district: the Round Rock side is generally in Round Rock ISD, and the Georgetown side is generally in Georgetown ISD. Boundaries can change, so I confirm the city, taxes and school assignment for every home we look at.

The homes

Earlier phases have larger lots and mature landscaping, while newer sections offer more current floor plans. You'll find everything from single-story homes to large two-story plans, many with golf course or greenbelt views.
