Texas may crack down on some juicy real estate incentives

It wasn't too long ago that public facility corporations were relatively unknown to Texas legislators, much less the public. But PFCs — which are used to incentivize the development of affordable housing — are now the talk of the real estate community, as well as a major target for reform by the 88th Texas Legislature.
